Repairs, Service & Maintenance

Streamtec have over 25 years experience of supplying, servicing and repairing equipment in the broadcast, TV, professional and corporate video markets. This experience allows Streamtec to understand the key factors required when servicing and repairing equipment.

Streamtec therefore endeavors to provide:

  • the fastest possible response time to all calls
  • all engineers sent out will have a minimum of 5 years broadcast experience
  • repair work can be carried out on or off-site, or even on location
  • complementary collection and delivery of equipment, within Scotland, requiring workshop repair
  • telephone technical assistance to all clients

Streamtec strongly recommend the routine servicing of equipment, in line with manufacturer's recommendations, to allow equipment to work at an optimum performance increasing reliability while sustaining the longevity of the product.

 

Streamtec's servicing facilities provide:

  • a guaranteed turn around time on all pre booked services, subject to booking confirmation. If this guarantee is not met Streamtec will not charge for labour
  • complementary collection and delivery of all equipment within Scotland
  • reasonable fixed price servicing
  • onsite servicing

All repair and servcing work carried out carries a 3 month warrenty subject to terms and conditions.
