Streamtec have over 25 years experience of supplying, servicing and repairing audio visual equipment. This experience allows Streamtec to understand the key factors required when servicing and repairing equipment.
Streamtec therefore endeavour to provide:
- the fastest possible response time to all callsall engineers sent out will have a minimum of 5 years experiencerepair work can be carried out on or off-sitecomplementary collection and delivery of equipment, within Scotland, requiring workshop repair
- telephone technical assistance to all clients
Streamtec strongly recommend the routine servicing of equipment, in line with manufacturer's recommendations, to allow equipment to work at an optimum performance increasing reliability while sustaining the longevity of the product.
Streamtec's servicing facilities provide:
- a guaranteed turnaround time on all pre booked services, subject to booking confirmation. If this guarantee is not met Streamtec will not charge for labourcomplementary collection and delivery of all equipment within Scotlandreasonable fixed price servicing
- onsite servicing
