Streamtec's aim, in all outsourced contracts, is to work in conjunction with the client to supply specialist knowledge and expertise to increase the effectiveness and efficiency.
Streamtec's team have extensive experience in managing a variety of different outsourced maintenance contracts including the provision of 24-hour on-site technical support teams.
Within each contract an individual service level agreement is drawn up with measurable key performance indicators. The key performance indicators allow you to measure the service you receive for the money spent.
Streamtec would provide a permanent onsite engineer or team, with the required specialist skills to meet your needs. Streamtec's resources also include qualified in house staff with skills covering the following disciplines, should the need arise:
- audiovisual system design
- broadcast video design
- software programming
- videoconferencing
- audio studios and dub theatres
- electrician (16th approved)
- system wiring
- studio lighting
- graphics systems
